I really enjoyed the Railgun OVA though it was a fresh reminder why I dislike the Index anime so much. I try to stay classy but the above screenshot made my sister literally fell on the ground giggling. That doesn’t happen to often for her.
I missed why it was funny for a split second but I eventually got it. 
And now I’ve sharing and giving the people out there the chance to laugh with me (or at me).

I’m still trying to figure out just how deliberate that choice of positioning was. It’s like, they were there, and it was impossible to miss, but then the writers didn’t make anything of it.
I like it when the creators put easter eggs and then rely upon the audience’s detective skills to snuff things out, rather than more blatant clues.
@Sorrow-kun: It would probably depend on if the Japanese in general or just the animators have similar slang to people over here. What we really need is someone living in Japan to enumerate on the slang used there, purely for cultural study reasons.
